At the height of the pandemic, when the world was on a standstill, two wonderful people crossed paths. Noel was engulfed in boredom, while Melissa wanted to have fun. To escape the monotony of quarantine, the two joined the Facebook group called “Online Dibdiban”, where they fatefully met. Mel, under the sexy guise of Alana Mercedes, posted a jaw-dropping picture, and Noel became an instant fan. Fascinated by Mel's allure and charm, Noel attempted to connect with her across various social media platforms. Noel's consistency and perseverance did not go unnoticed, as the girl of his dreams finally gave him that chance of a lifetime.

 They started their virtual connection in April 2020, wherein phone and computer screens were primarily the "windows" to the outside world. On June 5, 2020, the two decided to meet face-to-face for the first time at a charming place called "My Little Butterfly," conveniently located just outside Mel's house. The two, with a bond transcending the digital, gave love a shot. Braving all odds imposed by lockdown restrictions, Noel made it a point to visit and bond with Mel on a regular basis. Another level of strict Noel had to face was Mel's doting father, whose trust and approval he sought to gain. But Noel did prove his mettle, his sincerity shone the brightest, gradually winning the hearts of Mel's family--and most importantly, Mel herself.

 More than three years into their relationship, the couple has weathered the highs and lows of life and love, and yet they still find comfort and peace in each other. They're each other's home, and now they're getting married.
