You may also want to bring hand-held fans especially in the ceremony venue.
The reception venue will be an air-conditioned pavilion area so you may want to bring a shawl, coat or any cover-up.
Yes, there is parking available at both the church and reception venue.
Please note that parking spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
We would appreciate your presence at the church as we exchange our vows.
The ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive by 3:15pm to ensure you are seated on time and to allow our coordinators sufficient opportunity to provide any necessary reminders and make arrangements for guests.
Please plan to arrive early and take into account potential traffic delays when estimating your travel time.
It would be nice to see you all while we are having our first walk down the aisle.
We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture every special moment of our wedding day, allowing you to relax and enjoy the experience with us.
During the processional and ceremony, please keep your phones on silent and refrain from taking photos. Our professional images will be available for you to enjoy after the wedding.
Additionally, please keep the aisle clear during the bridal entrance to ensure a smooth ceremony.
After we are pronounced husband and wife, you are welcome to take photos. Please cooperate with our photography team to ensure they can cover our wedding effectively.
Following the ceremony, the couple and entourage will be engaged in post-nuptial photos for approximately one hour. During this time, other guests are invited to proceed to the reception venue to enjoy a cocktail hour with snacks and refreshments.
The reception venue, Villa Ardin Events Place, is situated inside Valley Golf Village.
It is a 15-minute drive via Sumulong Highway. Just long enough for you to practice your “Pantropiko” dance moves in the car. 😀
No need to worry. We put a lot of effort into meticulously planning the arrangements to ensure everyone’s comfort, accommodate preferences, and maintain group familiarity.
Please follow the assigned seating plan, and our coordinators will be available to assist you in locating your designated seats.
Don’t hesitate to ask them for help—they are there to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.
During this time, feel free to:
*Enjoy the snacks and refreshments in the cocktail area while waiting for the venue hall to open.
*Mingle with other guests and enjoy the company.
*Fill out the guest sheet available at the registration area to find your table number and seat.
*Take advantage of the photobooth inside the venue, which will only be available for a limited time—make sure to capture a keepsake photo!
*Explore the venue and take a selfie with our mirror welcome signage!
We’ve invested years in saving and planning for our wedding, hoping everyone will enjoy it.
The main program is expected to conclude around 8:30pm, followed by an after party until 11pm.
