We would love to have you at our wedding, but we understand that there are some things that are out of our control.
However, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your seats.

Please refrain from wearing uncomfortable shoes.

You may also want to bring hand-held fans especially in the reception area.
The reception venue will be by the beach so you may want to bring a shawl, coat or any cover-up as it gets windy at night.
Do not wear slippers, flip-flops, denim, and out of motif attires.

We ask that you avoid wearing WHITE, and any shade of rust and green.

Gentlemen:

You can wear relaxed linen top paired with trousers.
Sandals or loafers are appropriate footwear. The overall vibe should be effortless and breezy yet sophisticated enough for a wedding celebration by the beach.

Ladies:

You can wear flowing, lightweight dresses. Maxi dresses, midi dresses, or stylish two piece sets are all welcome. Opt for flat sandals, wedges, or dressy espadrilles that are comfortable for walking on sand.

The ceremony will strictly start at 2:00PM, it’s better to get to the church before then.
We would appreciate your presence at the church as we exchange our vows.
Kindly arrive on time and consider your travel time.
It would be nice to see you all while we are having our first walk down the aisle.

To get to Discovery Shores Samal Island from Manila, follow these steps:

1. Fly to Davao City: Book a flight from Manila (Ninoy Aquino International Airport) to Davao City (Francisco Bangoy International Airport). The flight takes about 1.5 – 2 hours.

2. Travel to Davao Welcome center: From the airport, you can take a taxi or a pre-arranged transfer to the Davao Welcome Center.

3. Take a boat to Samal Island: At the Davao Welcome Center, board a boat heading to Discovery Shores Samal Island. The ride takes about 10-15 minutes. There will be exclusive boat schedule provided to our guests.

Yes, there is a parking area available in Davao welcome center of Discovery Shores. It’s the receiving area of the guests coming to our venue while you wait for your boat schedule.

However, please remember it’s on a first come, first served basis, so you might not want to be late.

We planned a seating arrangement for our guests’ convenience and group familiarity. Please follow accordingly.

Our coordinators will assist you in finding your designated seats.
Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.

You may use this time to:

* Enjoy the snacks and activities available in the reception venue while waiting for the program to start.

* Mingle with other guests

* Take note of your table number and seat

* Fill-out the guest sheet available at the waiting area

*Make use of the photo booth as it will only be available for a few hours (so make sure you get yourself a photo to keep!)

* Roam around to check the venue and take photos

This is a strict ADULT ONLY event.

As much as we’d love to celebrate with your kids, the only kids invited to our wedding are the ones in the entourage and those we requested. Kindly made certain arrangement should you decide to attend our event. We hope you understand and still enjoy the event.

We hired professional photographers and videographers to capture our special moments so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us.
Please keep your phones down and in silent mode during the processional and ceremony.
Our beautiful images will be available after the wedding.

Also, please keep the aisle clear during the bridal entrance.

Don’t worry, once we’re pronounced husband and wife, you can take all the photos you want after the ceremony and the entire reception, but please make way for the team that will cover our wedding.
