Only those individuals whose names appear on the guest list provided to our Coordinator will be able to attend. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Your presence at our wedding would mean so much to us, but we understand that life can sometimes present unexpected challenges.

If circumstances prevent you from joining us, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible. This will enable us to adjust our plans and reallocate your seats accordingly.

Even if you cannot be there physically, please know that your warm thoughts and heartfelt wishes will be cherished from afar.

Before making any arrangements, we humbly ask that you reach out to us first.

Given the constraints of our guest list, we are unable to guarantee availability without prior arrangements.

However, if your schedule clears up and you can join us, please let us know, and we will make every effort to accommodate you. If any seats become available, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We kindly request that you refrain from attending unannounced, as we may not be able to provide an available seat without prior notice.

Please avoid wearing slippers, flip-flops, denim, or attire that does not align with our chosen motif.

Our intention is for you to enjoy the celebration while feeling comfortable and confident.

Our heartfelt ceremony will commence promptly at 3:00 PM, and we kindly request your presence at the venue as we joyfully exchange our vows.

To ensure you don't miss a moment of this special occasion, we kindly ask that you arrive on time and consider potential traffic when planning your travel time.

It would be truly wonderful to have you with us as we take our first steps down the aisle, surrounded by the love and support of our cherished guests.

Certainly! We have arranged a parking area at the venue for your convenience.

However, please bear in mind that parking spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly suggest arriving in a timely manner to secure a spot and ensure a smooth start to the celebration.

To make your experience as enjoyable as possible, we have thoughtfully arranged a seating plan.
Our coordinators will be on hand to assist you in finding your designated seats.

Please feel free to approach them for any assistance you may require, as they are dedicated to ensuring your comfort and enjoyment throughout the celebration.

You may use this time to:
* Enjoy the snacks available in the reception venue while waiting for the venue hall to open.
* Mingle with other guests.
* Take note of your table number and seat.
* Fill-out the guest sheet available at the waiting area (a COMPLETED guest sheet is a raffle entry during the end of the program)
* Make use of the photobooth as it will only be available for a few hours (so make sure you get yourself a photo to keep!)
* Roam around to check the venue and take photos.

We kindly request that this be an adult-only affair. While we would love to celebrate with your children, we have specifically invited the little ones in the entourage and those we have requested to attend.

We genuinely appreciate your understanding, and we hope you can still enjoy the event knowing that we cherish your presence.

We hired professional photographers and videographers to capture our special moments so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us.

Please keep your phones down and in silent mode during the processional and ceremony.

Our beautiful images will be available after the wedding.

Also, please keep the aisle clear during the bridal entrance.

Don't worry, once we're pronounced husband and wife, you can take all the photos you want after the ceremony and the entire reception, but please make way for the team that will cover our wedding.
