Our ceremony will start exactly at 3:00 PM, so we encourage you to arrive a little earlier to get settled before we exchange vows. We’d love to see your smiling faces as we take our first steps down the aisle! Please consider the traffic and travel time to get there smoothly.

Yes, there is parking available at both the church and reception venue. Just a quick reminder that it’s on a first-come, first-served basis, so arriving early is a good idea to secure your spot!
We’ve arranged seating for your convenience and to help everyone feel comfortable. Our coordinators will be on hand to assist you in finding your designated seats, so don’t hesitate to ask for their help—they’ll be more than happy to assist you!
Once you arrive at the reception venue, get ready to have a great time! Start by enjoying the delicious grazing table and other treats in the cocktail area while mingling with fellow guests. Don’t forget to sign the guest book and leave a sweet message for the newly married couple. Then, find your table number and seat at the registration—our coordinators will be more than happy to assist you! Make sure to check out the photobooth, which will only be available for a few hours, so grab a fun photo to keep as a memory! For the young and young at heart, scan the QR code for our POV disposable camera to capture every moment. And remember, the bride and groom will be arriving soon, and the program will kick off shortly, so hang tight for a fantastic celebration!
