The ceremony will strictly start at 4:30PM sharp, it’s better to get to the wedding venue before then.
We would appreciate your presence at the garden as we exchange our vows.
Kindly arrive on time and consider traffic through travel time.
It would be nice to see you all while we are having our first walk down the aisle.
Yes, there is a parking area available.
However, please remember it’s on a first come, first served basis, so you might not want to be late.
We’ve arranged seating for your convenience and to help everyone feel comfortable. Our coordinators will be on hand to assist you in finding your designated seats, so don’t hesitate to ask for their help—they’ll be more than happy to assist you!
You may use this time to:
* Enjoy the snacks available in the reception venue while waiting for the venue hall to open
* Mingle with other guests
* Take note of your table number and seat
* Make use of the photobooth as it will only be available for a few hours (so make sure you get yourself a photo to keep!)
* Roam around to check the venue and take photos
Please note that this is a strict adult-only event. While we would love to celebrate with your little ones, only the children in the entourage and those specifically invited will be attending. If you decide to join us, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements for your kids. We appreciate your understanding and hope you still have a wonderful time!
You’re welcome to take pictures and videos during the church ceremony! However, we kindly ask that you keep the aisle clear during the bridal entrance. We want to make sure our photographers can capture this special moment without any obstructions. Thank you for your understanding!
First, let’s pray together for beautiful weather to complement the celebration. Please RSVP as soon as possible to ensure we have everything planned perfectly. Dress appropriately to match the occasion and be sure to arrive on time to kick off the festivities! Follow the seating arrangement during the reception for a smooth experience. We’d love for you to stay until the end of the program to fully enjoy the celebration. Most importantly, join in on the activities and have a fantastic time!
