As much as we love to accommodate all our friends and family, we only have limited number of seats due to venue capacity. Unfortunately, we have no extra seat for your companion. Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Guests who are not included in the guest list are not allowed to enter.
We would love to have you at our wedding, but we understand that there are things that are out of our control. In any case, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reassign your seat. Give us a toast from afar!
Please check with us first. Chances are your seat was already assigned to other guest. Kindly inform us once your schedule clears up, so we can try to accommodate you. Should other seats free up, then we'll let you know as soon as we can. Please do not go unannounced, we might not have any available seat for you.
We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse for you to dress up and be fabulous! Please refrain from wearing out of motif attires. The church and reception venue will be fully airconditioned so you may want to bring a shawl, coat or any cover-up. Do not wear slippers, flip-flops, shorts, denim jeans, sando and revealing clothes. The ceremony will strictly start at 1:00PM. It's better to arrive before then. We would appreciate your presence at the church as we exchange our vows. Consider the traffic and give allowance in finding the exact address and parking your car. It would be amazing to see you all while we are having our first walk down the aisle.
Parking areas are available around the church premises. Please search the exact location of the church through Google or Waze and check for possible parking space nearby. There are also parking space provided in the reception venue. However, please remember that it's on a first come, first served basis.
We planned a seating arrangement for your convenience and group familiarity. Please follow this accordingly. Our coordinators will assist you in finding your designated seats. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help.
Our reception venue will open at 5:00PM. Please do not arrive prior to this time. We understand that there will be a free time between the end of the ceremony and reception. You may use this personal time to rest, retouch, or have a coffee break. We also suggest that you roam around BGC before going to the reception venue. Just take note that travel time from church to the venue is around 40 minutes, depending on the traffic condition. Upon arriving at the reception, you may do the following: * Enjoy the snacks available in the cocktail area while waiting for the venue hall to open * Mingle with other guests * Take note of your table number and seat * Write us your wishes in the guest books available at the registration area * Take photos around the venue, in the entrance tunnel, and in the photo wall * Ask our roving "photoman" for snapshots. These will be printed too!
This is an ADULT ONLY event. As much as we'd love to celebrate with your kids, only those who are part of the entourage and the ones we requested are invited. For the parents/companion of the invited kids, please attend to them at all times and do not let them roam and run around by themselves. We hope you understand and still enjoy the event.
We hired professional photographers and videographers to capture our special moments so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us. Please keep your phones down and in silent mode during the processional and ceremony. Our beautiful images will be available after the wedding. ALSO, PLEASE KEEP THE AISLE CLEAR DURING THE BRIDAL ENTRANCE. Don't worry, once we're pronounced husband and wife, you can take all the photos you want after the ceremony and the entire reception. Just please make way for the team that will cover our wedding.
