Your comfort is our priority! We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse for you to dress up and feel fabulous. Our wedding theme is Filipiniana and Barong Tagalog — we’d love for everyone to join in the spirit of this beautiful tradition!
A few friendly reminders:
• Please wear formal Filipiniana or Barong Tagalog-inspired attire.
• We politely request that female guests avoid white attire.
• Kindly avoid slippers, flip-flops, denim, or outfits outside the motif.
• For inspiration, sample attires and our color palette are provided for your reference.
Note on weather:
Given Baguio’s cool and rainy August weather, you may want to bring a shawl, coat, or cover-up when moving between venues (church to reception) or for extra comfort.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive at the church before then.
We would truly appreciate having you there as we exchange our vows and take our first walk down the aisle.
Please allow extra time for travel and possible traffic to ensure you arrive on time — we can’t wait to share this special moment with you!
Yes, there will be parking available at both the church and the reception venue.
Please note that parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving early to secure a spot and avoid any delays.
We’ve carefully arranged seating to ensure our guests’ comfort and to keep you seated with familiar faces.
Please follow the seating plan provided. Our coordinators will be happy to assist you in finding your designated seats — feel free to approach them anytime for help!
You may use this time to:
• Enjoying the snacks available while waiting for the venue hall to open
• Mingling with other guests
• Taking note of your table number and seat
• Visiting the photobooth (it will only be available for a few hours, so be sure to snap a keepsake!)
• Roaming around, checking out the venue, and taking photos
We love children and are happy to celebrate with them! However, due to limited seating, attendance – including for children – is by invitation only as determined by the couple. We kindly ask that all guests RSVP only for those explicitly invited, so we can finalize the headcount and seating arrangements properly. Thank you so much for your understanding.
We’ve hired professional photographers and videographers to beautifully capture our special moments, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the ceremony with us.
Please keep your phones down and on silent mode during the processional and ceremony, and kindly keep the aisle clear for the bridal entrance.
Don’t worry — once we’re pronounced husband and wife, you’re welcome to take as many photos as you like after the ceremony and throughout the reception! We just kindly ask that you give space to our official photo and video team as they work to document the day.
